Our 30th Annual Holiday Bazaar will be on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Rolla Middle School. The profits from our annual craft fair go directly to projects targeted at making a positive difference in our community.
As of August 21st these are the booth spaces we have available: 9 - 10 x 10 spaces in the Gym 2 - 10 x 10 spaces in the Cafeteria 5 - 10 x 10 spaces in the Hallway
3- 10 x 6 spaces in the Cafeteria (due to upgrades or cancellations)
13 - 12 x 4 spaces left in the Hallway
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. Booths with electricity are $5 extra. Booth spaces are limited, so please reserve early! We will honor special requests to the best of our ability.
Reservations will not be accepted after October 15, 2014. Applications & fees will not be returned after October 1, 2014. This year we are requiring a non-refundable $10 deposit to hold your booth space. This is due to the number of no shows that we had last year. Thank you!
All commercial vendors (i.e. Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.) must have prior approval before registering!!
