Our 30th Annual Holiday Bazaar will be on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Rolla Middle School. The profits from our annual craft fair go directly to projects targeted at making a positive difference in our community.

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, power strips, etc. Booths with electricity are $5 extra. Booth spaces are limited, so please reserve early! We will honor special requests to the best of our ability. We place you booth space as soon as we have your application in hand.
Reservations will not be accepted after October 15, 2014. Applications & fees will not be returned after October 1, 2014. This year we are requiring a non-refundable $10 deposit. This is due to the number of no shows that we had last year. Your FULL booth fee is due BEFORE the day of craft fair! Thank you!
All commercial vendors (i.e. Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.) MUST have prior approval before registering!!
